How to Order Blinds or Curtains

To order from Tinsmiths:

To reassure both you and us that we understand your requirements and have recorded your specifications and measurements exactly, before we begin to make your curtains and blinds, we have a system of checks in place. This makes the order process slightly longer but 100% accuracy is vital with made to measure products.

Once you have requested and received a quotation, with a full breakdown of costs, from us:

* telephone (01531 632083) during shop opening hours (10-5pm) to accept our written quotation and place an order, for which we require a 50% deposit. Deposit payment can be made by telephone using most major cards with the exception of American Express.

* we will post you a receipt for the deposit with a fabric cutting and re-confirm measurement details

* telephone or e-mail us to confirm that all it correct and we will begin making. From this point alterations to the order cannot be made.

* we contact you when the order is complete (four to six weeks usually) and take the final 50% – if you are not able to collect.

When you have received your blinds we are keen to hear any comments or suggestions. We are grateful to those who send us a snap of their curtains in situ – it’s lovely to see the finished work and very useful to have these to use on our website.
