How to Order

Once you have measured, settled on fabric (if not using your own), style, linings etc. for your blind or curtains this is the order process that we follow:

• e-mail us with the details and with your name and address.
• we will e-mail you with a detailed quotation (you can get good idea of cost from the "ready reckoner" on the site)
• to proceed with the order, please telephone the shop during opening hours to provide card details for a 50% deposit.
• we post you a receipt for this with a cutting and all the measurement details.
• you e-mail, phone or send your own fabric to us to confirm that we have everything right and we will begin making.
• we contact you when the order is complete (four to six weeks usually) and take the final 50% plus postage - if you are not able to collect.

When you have received your blinds we are keen to hear any comments or suggestions. We are grateful to those who send us a snap of their curtains in situ – it’s lovely to see the finished work and very useful to have these to use on our website.
